Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) within 2 weeks of purchase, no questions asked, so long as it is still in original condition and its original packaging. Cost of return freight is your responsibility.

To return or exchange Black Seal Imports purchases, please download and complete the Return or Exchange form. The Return or Exchange form will serve as your receipt. Shipping is not refunded.

Return or Exchange Form Instructions:

1. Download the PDF Return or Exchange form.
2. Fill out the Customer Information in Step 1. The Order # is listed on the top right of your Packing List (Sales Order Number: 000000).
3. In Step 2 indicate whether you are returning the item for a refund or need to exchange the item.
4. For returns, the original credit card or bank account will be credited. If the exchange is more than the original item price indicate the card to be charged the difference in the Payment Method box on the lower right corner of the form.
5. For exchanges, fill out Step 4 to indicate the new items.
6. Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the Return or Exchange form. Cut out and attach the shipping label provided on your form. Mail all returns and exchanges to:

We recommend that all returns and exchanges be sent via a traceable carrier. Yeti NZ is not responsible for packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Exchange Turnaround

All exchanges will be freighted back at no additional cost. If a refund is desired the credit card or bank account used for the purchase will be refunded within 3-4 business days of receiving the returned item.
